I made it! And I almost love it. But I shall be changing the sleeves and maybe running some elastic round the waist - It doesn't hold it's flounce if you know what I mean?
It's a Cynthia Rowley pattern and after the beautiful simplicity of a Collette pattern I actually found it quite tricky - even though it reckoned it was easy!!
It's black lace over crepe back satin. Comfy and glam!

ReplyDeleteThe belt doesn't go with it - it was the first to hand as I hadn't finished the sash - but it's done now and I reckon I can dress it down with some big boots and fishnets!
